DDR

1/2 Mile.

My Legs hurt, too much jumping, Tomorrow 1 Mile.

Time left on my 30 min work out timer, 19 Min.

but Im sweating so I need a moment and my calfs are killing me.
time for a drink maybe more in a bit..

  1. If you kick your own ass doing anything (like ddr) make sure you stretch afterwards. It helps a ton. The first time I went to the gym I didn't stretch after and I couldn't walk for 2 days.

  2. I stretch before during and after for DDR always have, the more "limber" I am the easier it is for me to do the split jumps and the 1/8th dance steps.
